RMA Number Request Form

Please Ensure All Sections Of This Form Are Filled Out.

This will assist in the efficient processing of your application.

When finished, click the “POST REQUEST” button at the bottom of the page.

 

Please ensure the Returns Number is clearly visible on the outer packaging otherwise goods may be refused. Also ensure that full explanations for the return are given (Returns cannot be processed without specific fault details).

All goods must be returned as supplied including cables, leads, power supplies etc, and product boxes in perfect condition.

Where no fault is found there will be a £25.00 admin charge applied. Where an item is ordered in error it is at Ghekko’s discretion whether a return is acceptable, a handling charge will be applied and original carriage costs will not be refunded.

Advanced Replacements are sent on the original Purchase Order. This is then invoiced and the cost of the replacement will then be refunded to you upon receipt of the returned item.

For physical damage a photo must be sent with the RMA request.
Your RMA request number will be sent to you as soon as we receive your request. Please attach the photo and add your name and contact information to the Email.

 

After you have received the RMA number it is valid for 10 working days, after 10 working days the RMA number will be cancelled. Any goods returned without a valid RMA number will not be accepted into our warehouse.
