Ghekko was formed in 1992 and during our 15 years in business we have focused on the needs of the channel customers who require telecoms equipment from the main vendors quickly, efficiently and cost effectively. We have grown year on year as our reputation for excellent customer service and delivery grows. We always set clear expectations with our clients. Customer retention is key for us and we pride ourselves on having a loyal base of customers who rely on us doing what we say we will do ensuring they do not have any additional headaches in their day to day business.
We focus on what we do best and that is voice and IP Telephony equipment across the key vendors in the market place ranging from Nortel to Avaya to Siemens to Alcatel to Mitel to Ericsson to Cisco Systems. We sell handsets, cards / blades, add-ons, power supplies, new systems and refurbished or 'previously enjoyed' equipment!
We also buy-back old / new equipment so maybe we will buy from you before you perhaps buy from us. We can also repair most telecoms kit so please take a look at our Repair Centre via our home page.
We focus on the very simple things in life. People say that voice is coming to an end. We do not see it that way hence why we still stock 'legacy' equipment which is still very much in demand. That said, our vision is clear and we always strive to keep ahead of the game. We did it with IP telephony and we are now evaluating all the SIP options from the main vendor's firmware on their existing phones to a new breed of vendor coming in and offering their phones which work across all platforms. For us, it is all about choice and making sure that we match your wants and needs to the right equipment.
